I don't think a young boy has any business playing with nunchucks. My grandson has martial arts equipment at home, but I don't agree with it. I’m old fashioned and I don't think it's a good idea to buy martial arts weapons for a ten year old boy. I understand that he's being taught to respect the martial arts equipment and how to use the martial arts weapons in a non violent way, but I still don't agree with it. My daughter is very upset that I won't buy him the nunchucks he wants for his birthday. I told her that I'll be happy to buy him anything he wants other than martial arts equipment.
